Dear Parents/Carers,
We hope you all enjoyed the ‘Snow Days’ and we’re very much looking forward to things getting back to normal this week!

Next week we will be continuing our work on sequencing and ordering numbers, finding missing numbers in a sequence e.g. 2, 4, 6, __ , __ , 12 or 50, 45, 40, __, __, 25.
We will also be recognising and working with odd and even numbers.
Parents Appointment Week
The week beginning the 12th March is Parents’ Appointment Week. If you have still not yet signed up for an appointment via the online booking system, please could you do so as soon as possible. Thank you. We look forward to meeting with you all and discussing your child’s progress. Mrs Ash and Mrs Page have appointments available before school that are not on the booking schedule. Please email us directly if you would like a morning appointment.
Spellings
Please note that there will be no spellings sent home today (Friday 2nd March) as due to the snow we have not covered enough content. Spellings will resume next week.
How to be Safe and Secure Online- Information Evening
Come along to a free presentation of Safe and Secure Online on Wednesday 7th March at 7pm in the school hall, presented by Matthew Parker, an Information Security professional. Safe and Secure Online is a global initiative to help educate parents and carers of some of the risks our children face whilst online.
Matthew will present for about an hour including the following topics:
· The risks of Online Gaming
· Social Networks
· Sexting and mobile phones
· Cyberbullying
· General Cyber Security
Please note that due to some of the content the session is not suitable for children to attend; it is solely aimed at adults.
Many thanks,
Mrs Ashworth, Mrs Ash, Mrs Page
